I don't know about you but I love using my serger. There's so much you can do with a serger besides just finish off seams! From baby blankets to baby bonnets, from zippered bags to jackets, even quilt blocks and quilts, using my serger makes all of these projects fast and easy plus all the seams have a beautiful finished edge. Why not dust off your serger and try a new project?
I found this quick project at Baby Lock's National Serger Month website.
About three years ago, Baby Lock designated April as National Serger Month which makes sense since Baby Lock is the company that brought the first serger to the United States market. Check out Baby Lock's National Serger Month website where you'll find lots of patterns and information about sergers. Click here and check out the serger projects and information about sergers!
Did you guess that I own a Baby Lock serger? With no tensions to adjust and no fighting to manual thread the upper and lower loopers, I can really enjoy using my serger! Give this cute Snack Bag project a try-- with some scraps of fabric and a few seams, you might enjoy your serger too!
Happy serging,
loreen
